An off-plan tower has to sell before it exists. Buyers need to see the building, understand where it stands, and find the home they want, on a phone, in English or Arabic.

A still of the opening view shows first and matches the live picture exactly. Everything the 3D needs is fetched at once, and its shaders compile in parallel, so the page keeps scrolling while the scene gets ready. On a recent phone over 4G, the tower is on screen in about 1.2 to 1.7 seconds and the live 3D takes over at around 3 to 4 seconds.
